Because our product is delivered digitally and credits are consumed upon use, our refund policy reflects the nature of this service. Please read this policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
PromptQuestAi provides a digital service. When you purchase a subscription plan, you gain immediate access to prompt transformation credits. Due to the immediate delivery and consumption of digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.
2. Free Credits — No Purchase Required
Every new account receives 50 free credits at sign-up with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use these free credits to evaluate PromptQuestAi before making any purchase. The availability of free credits means you can fully test the core functionality at no cost.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee — 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date
- You have used fewer than 20% of the credits included in that billing cycle
- This is your first refund request on the account
- The purchase was not made using a promotional or discounted code unless otherwise stated in the promotion
Refunds that meet these criteria will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase date
- More than 20% of the credits from that billing cycle have been consumed
- The request is for a renewal charge where no cancellation was submitted before the renewal date
- The account has previously received a refund for the same or a prior subscription period
- The purchase was made under a promotional offer where refunds were explicitly excluded
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
5. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current paid period.
6. Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and meeting the usage threshold described in Section 3 are eligible for a full refund. Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for a refund of unused months; however, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewal charges.
7. Partial Refunds and Credit Adjustments
In exceptional circumstances — such as a verified technical failure that prevented you from using credits you were charged for — we may issue a partial refund or credit adjustment at our discretion. Contact our support team within 14 days of the issue occurring with details of the problem.

Continued use of PromptQuestAi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. For purchases made before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
